Heywood Wakefield Commons is an affordable assisted living residence in downtown Gardner, Massachusetts. Heywood Wakefield Commons is the third phase in the Heywood-Wakefield redevelopment project.
A portion of the historic Heywood Wakefield furniture manufacturing facility was converted into a rental community offering assisted living services with 78 private apartments and beautiful common areas. Heywood Wakefield Commons welcomed its first residents on September 12, 2011.
