What are the financial options available to potential residents?
We offer affordable housing for seniors and are proud to be an Equal Housing Opportunity Provider. We offer different financial options for income eligible residents, which will be discussed with you, in detail, when you meet with our Admissions Director.

What type of Emergency Response System is in place?
Each apartment is equipped with emergency pull cords as are the common area restrooms throughout the building. When the pull cord is activated, the message goes to the pager and the information center. An on-duty professional responds. We also provide security checks during the sleeping hours and have 24 hour professional on-site staff. Access to 911 is also available.

What is the extent of the personal care services offered to residents?
Our professional staff is on duty 24 hours a day to provide assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming and ambulation. Up to 1 1/2 hours of assistance a day is offered based on your personalized service plan. Medication reminders are also available.

What type of social and recreational activities do you have available?
Our full-time Activities Director, staff, and volunteers provide a wide range of social, recreational, religious and cultural activities within our assisted living community and outside. Our Activities Department coordinates outings such as shopping, dining out, sporting events, picnics, foliage tours, theaters and museums. Socializing in our Coffee Bar is enjoyed by our residents and their guests. Our philosophy of providing a friendly and supportive environment ensures peace of mind to residents and families.

Are housekeeping and laundry services available?
Weekly housekeeping and laundry services are offered to our residents, including personal laundry. Laundry facilities are available on each floor for those residents who wish to be independent and do their own laundry.

What are your staff requirements?
We have LPNs and RNs on duty supervising the HHA and CNA staff. The regional RN supports and provides care coordination with the RNs and LPNs. We have a social worker available to the residents 20 hours a week.
